A Saskatoon city councillor has been threatened for wanting to reduce motorcycle noise.

Bob Pringle says he has received at least three anonymous voice mails from someone threatening his own personal safety.

Pringle says if the threats persist he will go to police.

He says most people in Saskatoon are in favour of limiting motorbike noise.
